We are the Vasilakis family. For over a century, we've tended the same olive grove on the hills of Crete. Asterius Reserve is our way of sharing what we've always known — olive oil this pure speaks for itself.

It Started with a Few Trees and a Lot of Patience

In the early 1920s, our great-grandparents planted Koroneiki olive trees on a steep, rocky hillside that no one else wanted. They knew two things: the soil was perfect, and the trees would outlive them all.

They were right. Those same trees still bear fruit today, and each November we harvest by hand — the same way they did. The olives are pressed within four hours of picking, bottled unfiltered, and sealed to preserve every note of flavor.

For five generations, there's been one rule: never compromise on quality. Not for yield, not for speed, not for profit. Asterius Reserve is the name we chose when we decided to share this oil with the rest of the world.
